Sasha Waters Freyer is a filmmaker and serves as the Chair of the Department of Photography and Film at Virginia Commonwealth University. Her documentary, Garry Winogrand: All Things are Photographable, premiered at the 2018 SXSW Film Festival where it won a Special Jury Prize.
